FEE SCHEDULE
Full-Day Flat rate: $5,800
The flat rate includes substantial advance preparation time and unlimited
hours at the mediation itself. If the case is not resolved and the parties
request post-mediation follow-up, such time will be charged
on an hourly basis, at a rate of $400/hr. Travel-related fees will be
charged only in the event travel is required outside the greater Los
Angeles region.
Full payment of the mediation fee must be received in advance of the mediation date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The mediation fee will be fully refunded if the engagement is canceled
at least three weeks before the scheduled mediation date.
The mediation fee is subject to forfeiture if the engagement is canceled or postponed less than three weeks before the mediation date, unless another matter can be scheduled to fill the reserved date.
